Product analytics
DiveAtlas collects limited, pseudonymous product analytics to understand whether important app flows work and to improve reliability and usability.
The analytics may include:
- a device-level vendor identifier
- app version and event time
- interactions such as onboarding progress, feature use, paywall views, and purchase or restore outcomes
Analytics does not include your name, email address, precise location, photos, free-form dive notes, or the contents of your dive log. It is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and it is not used for advertising.
Storage and service providers
Your dive logs and optional photos remain stored locally on your device. Product analytics is transmitted securely and stored using Supabase infrastructure acting as our service provider.
Your choices and requests
You can stop future analytics collection by uninstalling the app. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of analytics associated with your current device identifier, contact us from that device at support@ayushdev.com. We may ask for limited information needed to locate the relevant record.
